Floating Seal
|
Floating seals which is one of mechanical seals, consists of two identical steel rings and rubber washers. The seal operates by preloading the two rubber washers and floating the two polished steel faces between them within the seal chamber. Floating seals is applicable to various engineering machinery and mining machinery such as bulldozers, grabs, coal cutters, loaders, land levelers, cranes, mixers etc. |
Packing Rings

Each ring consists of certain number of segments surrounded by spring. During the application medium pressure is equally distributed on outer ring diameter, thus the purpose of spring is to hold segments together until sufficient pressure of medium is achieved. |
SIC & Graphite Bushing

Our common materials are SIC and resin, dipped Antimony and dipped Babbitt alloy Carbon. Carbon product mainly has shaft sleeve, graphite bearing, slipper block, piston ring for oil-free cylinder, orienting sleeve. Other particular shaft sleeve can also be custom-made in terms of user’s demand. |
